Dedicated, customized training built around your context, teams, and real problems. Delivery options: onsite (at your office or at Edocti), online, or hybrid.
Dual objective: measurable skill transfer and faster team productivity on your active projects. Our approach: 70% hands-on / 30% concepts, well-designed guided exercises, live demos and applied discussions.

What is Instructor-Led Training?
An ILT is a live course facilitated by an experienced trainer, with continuous interaction, instant feedback, and the ability to pivot content based on the team’s questions. It is ideal when you:
- need to align the team quickly on a new technology or set of best practices;
- want to unblock concrete issues in a project;
- have a mixed-level audience and need live coaching to progress uniformly;
- want to accelerate learning and, in turn, delivery speed and quality;
- expect measurable outcomes: baseline & final assessment, review and tailored recommendations.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an ILT take?
Typically 3 days × ~7 hours/day per session. We also run 2-day or 4-day courses, but most programs take 3 days. Specialized academies may extend to 4–6 weeks.
How many participants do you recommend?
We recommend groups of 12–16 participants. For larger groups we align details first; we generally do not recommend >20 participants in one cohort.
Can we work on our own code?
We rarely do this. In 99% of cases we work on live code proposed by Edocti, aligned with the training objectives.
What’s included in the price?
Course delivery; unlimited access to course materials on the Edocti platform (PDF/slides/video where applicable) and to future updates; lab exercises and solutions; baseline/final assessments; progress reports; certificates of participation. Logistics (travel/per diem/room) are 0 (zero) for courses up to and including 3 days.
Can we tailor the agenda to our specific needs?
Yes. We run a short pre-course diagnosis (objectives, level, stack) and adapt topics, examples, and labs to deliver direct impact on your projects.
Which languages can you deliver in?
Romanian or English, depending on your team’s preference. Materials can be provided in the chosen language.
What are the minimum technical requirements?
One laptop per participant (Linux/Windows/macOS), stable Internet access, permissions to install required tools (or prepared VMs). On request, we bring the lab environment.
Can we reschedule or cancel?
Yes, within the terms of the offer/contract. As a rule, rescheduling is free with at least 7 days’ notice; very late cancellations may incur already-committed logistics costs.
